Pricing Policy

At TrevitaQR, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing that scales with your needs. This Pricing Policy outlines how our subscription plans are structured, billed, and managed.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer several tiers of subscriptions including a free tier, monthly plans, and annual plans. The features, QR limits, and capabilities included in each plan are clearly detailed on our Pricing page.

2. Billing Cycle

When you sign up for a paid plan, you will be billed immediately for the first billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you at least 30 days before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the service after the price change implies your agreement to the new pricing.

4. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: When upgrading your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • Downgrades: Downgrading your plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades.

5. Taxes

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
