1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial annual purchase, please contact our support team for a full refund.

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Renewal payments (both monthly and annual) are non-refundable. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
  • Lifetime plans are covered by a strict 7-day money-back guarantee.

3. Processing Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 5-10 business days.

4. Digital Goods

Because our service provides immediate access to digital infrastructure (QR code generation, routing, and analytics), we cannot offer returns in the traditional sense. Refunds are granted solely based on the eligibility criteria outlined above.
