You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using TrevitaQR to generate QR codes that redirect to:

• Malware, phishing sites, or any content designed to harm users' devices.
• Illegal content, including pirated material.
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy immediately and without notice.

3. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our dynamic QR redirects and analytics dashboard, we do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance which may temporarily impact service availability.

4. Intellectual Property

The TrevitaQR platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by TrevitaQR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership over the destination URLs and logos you upload to your QR codes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrevitaQR, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
